RETURN should be within 15 days of receiving an order, but EXCHANGE can be up to 30 days.

EXCHANGE: free return label –the cost of exchange is on us

REFUND: your refund will be processed back onto your payment method minus a shipping fee. 

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 4-7 business days after return has been received
